    The Gardens and Hiking

We had a fantastic time at this holiday home with its beautiful gardens. It was like stepping into a fairytale! The well-manicured plants and flowers made us feel like we were walking through a secret garden. And with hiking trails nearby, we were able to explore the stunning countryside and truly immerse ourselves in nature. It was like having our own private adventure! Definitely a highlight of our stay.

I loved my stay at the cottage! It was cozy, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The owner, Mark, was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area. The location by the river was perfect for water sports enthusiasts like myself, and there were plenty of walks right from the cottage. The highlight for me was sitting by the living room window and watching red squirrels visit daily. I highly recommend Cobbler's Cottage at Kindrochet for a memorable stay.

The location of the hotel is superb, with stunning views from the windows and easy access to local shops and restaurants. the surrounding area offers beautiful walks and scenic cycle routes, making it perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. the cottage itself is clean, comfortable, and well, equipped, with cozy furnishings and a woodburner for chilly evenings.

The check, in and check, out times could be more flexible, as the six, hour cleaning time for such a small cottage seems excessive.

I recently had a delightful stay at a perfect little cottage for two along the river. Cobbler's Cottage at Kindrochet, Strathtay exceeded all my expectations. It was immaculately clean and had everything that I could possibly need. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the good storage space. the kitchen was well-equipped with useful supplies like cleaning products and tin foil. the generous supply of tea and coffee was a nice touch. When I arrived, the central heating was already on, making it feel like a real home away from home. the location was lovely, and I enjoyed the amazing views from the windows. It was within easy walking distance to a local shop and various pubs and restaurants. the cottage was in a great location for exploring scenic cycling routes. the cottage provided great value for money and I would highly recommend it to others. Cons: Could not be improved in any way 😊.

Sitting by the living room window and watching red squirrels visit the window sill every day was a real treat and a highlight for me. The log burner added to the cozy ambiance, and the property's flexibility to accommodate both couples and groups was great. Plus, being dog-friendly with plenty of nearby walks was a bonus. The location was stunning, the cottage full of character, and the communication and welcome pack were exceptional. The views from the windows were amazing, and it was conveniently located for shops, pubs, and restaurants. The provided wood for the burner was a nice touch, and the bed was comfy. Great value for money.

Our stay at the cottage was absolutely amazing! The location was mind-blowing, with jaw-dropping surroundings that made us feel like we were in a postcard. The communication from the hosts was super and kept us up to date with everything. And let's talk about the bed - so comfortable! We had the best sleep ever! Not to mention the peacefulness of the river right next to us - it was pure tranquility. The cottage had everything we needed - a well-equipped kitchen with an electric kettle, oven, and microwave. It was also clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, as it was quiet but still close enough to major towns. We loved that there was a shop, restaurant, and even a chocolate shop with a tearoom just a few minutes walk away. Plus, having handy parking right outside was a bonus. We couldn't have asked for a better stay, and we can't wait to come back again!
